As part of the energy transition, Easy Plast has already equipped one facility with a photovoltaic system and is now decisively implementing the same investment at its second production site.

Our Development Model

We are committed every day to reducing environmental impact and promoting responsible resource use — designing sustainable components and progressively integrating recyclable and easily separable materials.

The use of certified polymers and the growing adoption of bio-based materials represent a concrete, step-by-step path forward.

We firmly believe that plastic, when used responsibly, remains essential to ensuring hygiene, safety and durability in its main fields of application.

It was with this vision that we developed EasyCap, our patented tethered cap, designed to stay attached to the package even after opening and help prevent environmental littering.

At the same time, we are accelerating the transition to renewable energy: we are increasing our internal production of green power and working to reduce our carbon footprint, in line with our ISO 14001-certified environmental management approach.

We believe sustainability starts with people. We promote a fair, safe and inclusive work environment, enhancing skills through training programs that combine hard and soft skills, with a focus on ethics, gender equality and transparency.

Safety is a top priority:
we adopt a structured prevention system that includes audits, monitoring and continuous training — all aimed at achieving a “zero accidents” goal, in line with the requirements of ISO 45001 certification.

Quality and Responsibility: No Compromises

All our products comply with European and international regulations on food contact materials (MOCA).
With a quality management system certified to ISO 9001 and BRCGS, we guarantee high standards in safety, traceability and product quality.

We are working to extend the FSSC 22000 system to non-MOCA departments as well — ensuring operational continuity and maximum food safety.
Starting in 2026, we will publish our annual sustainability report to share results, milestones achieved and new challenges ahead.
