EasyCap is the tethered cap designed, patented and manufactured by Easy Plast to combine sustainability, production efficiency and ease of use.
Created in response to EU Directive 2019/904 SUP (Single Use Plastic), reducing plastic waste in the environment: a small innovation with a big impact. It stays attached to the brick even after opening, eliminating the risk of cap litter.
EasyCap is Plug&Play
No modifications required to existing brick filling or cap application lines.
Available in two versions (23 mm and 26 mm), it fits all types of carton containers and is compatible with all cap applicator machines – making the transition simple, immediate and cost-free.
